The use of resilience is explained. “Responding effectively to adversity, overcoming obstacles, getting through normal daily hassles, and dealing with life-altering events form the cornerstone of resilience. Proactive use of resilience allows you the ability to seek out new experiences that will enrich your life” (p. 1).
