Description of the Program

The theme of this meeting is planning to practical implementation. Participants will see first hand and hear from those involved about how the intricate planning for the new Franklin County detention center have come to fruition. The meeting will include tours of the new facility.

About Travel-Related Expenses

If participant travel is required, authorized travel-related expenses will be reimbursed within 60 to 90 days of the conclusion of this event. Flights are paid for in advance by NIC. Reimbursable expenses include lodging, per diem (meals and incidentals), baggage, parking, and mileage. Additional details for reimbursable expenses will be provided when travel arrangements are made by NIC.
