The National Institute of Corrections (NIC) is seeking applications for funding under Fiscal Year 2020 to assess the Iowa 6th Judicial District organizational climate, identify and prioritize the most pressing challenges, develop strategies to address those challenges, and create a process to monitor and sustain positive change. The cooperative agreement covers a twelve month period.
- Assist the Iowa 6th Judicial District implements a strategy to positively address, monitor and support, evaluate and sustain improvements in organizational climate.
- At the completion of the cooperative agreement, Iowa’s 6th Judicial District leadership and staff should begin to experience positive changes in organizational climate that contributes to improved outcomes per the organizational mission.

DEADLINE: Applicants must register with Grants.gov prior to submitting an application. NIC encourages applicants to register several weeks before the application submission deadline. In addition, NIC urges applicants to submit applications 72 hours prior to the application due date. All applications are due to be submitted and in receipt of a successful validation message before midnight (ET) on January 24, 2020. Late applications are neither reviewed nor considered.
