Reducing Recidivism: Evidence from 26 Years of International Evaluations of Reasoning & Rehabilitation Programs (2012)

The present report presents the major findings of each of the independent controlled evaluations of R&R and R&R2 that have been conducted in many countries over more than 26 years since the program was first developed and evaluated in Canada. The report documents the success of many applications of the R&R/R&R2 model but also indicates several factors that have limited or prevented its success.
