Facilitate the elimination of discrimination against; and B. Address the appropriate classification, housing and treatment of; and C. Provide for the specific safety, security and medical needs of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, and Intersex (LGBTI) inmates in a humane and respectful manner while maintaining the safety, security and good order of all HCSO facilities; and D. Establish sanctions for any violation of this policy” (p. 1).
