Instructional Theory Into Practice (ITIP): No Fail Lesson Plan Construction

Anytime--During this e-course, you will learn about ITIP components and how to use each one; the differences between each component and their traditional lesson plan counterparts; and expectations and considerations for each component. You will also learn how to apply each step of the ITIP model to your own agency.

Quality staff development and learning experience begins with quality lesson plans and curriculum. In this course, participants explore a blended evidence-based instructional design model which supports adult learning theory and fosters learner-centered instruction while accommodating all learning styles. Participants have the opportunity to develop a training topic from their real life work experience into a "no fail" lesson plan for delivery in their organization.
