Kevin has more than 35 years of law enforcement experience and prior military service as a military police officer and correctional supervisor. He is an accomplished correctional professional who holds five national executive level certifications as a Certified Jail Manager; Certified Auditor, Certified Correctional Manager, and Certified Correctional Executive; Certified Jail Executive; Certified Correctional Health Professional and National Certified Correctional Executive. Kevin’s commitment to professional excellence, staff development, and community service is evident through his numerous board memberships, certifications, and awards.
