The Community Services Leadership Learning Lab (CSLLL) is a leadership training and implementation initiative, as it transforms leadership and the agency at the same time. The 9-month long training uses a combination of virtual connections, including virtual instructor-led training, self-paced and independent learning (intersession work and access to a NIC community of learning site) and leadership coaching. The CSLLL training curriculum includes the most up-to-date material needed to assist community corrections leaders (executive, mid-management, and supervisors) in transforming community supervision agencies (pretrial, probation, and parole) that can effectively implement and sustain evidence-based practices and interventions.

The training is designed for executives, mid-management & supervisors of pretrial, probation and parole supervision and paroling authorities.
