Correctional Communications Administrator is a 32-hour instructor-led, in-person training designed to provide basic to advanced skills for being an effective correctional communication administrator (CCA) or public information officer (PIO). CCAs/PIOs are the direct interface between the criminal justice system and the public. As such, they have an outsized effect on public perception.

This course is designed for Correctional Communications Administrators (CCA) and Public Information Officers (PIO).
