Emerging Women in Correctional Leadership provides leadership enhancement and professional training for female correctional leaders. Its focus is on acknowledging women's ways of leading, learning to understand authentic leadership, creating a support network, and helping participants learn how to manage themselves.
The course is site-based training designed for women in mid-level to upper management positions.
