Strategic Inmate Management (SIM) - Operational Assessment Administrator prepares agency leaders for their role in ensuring the success of effective inmate management regardless of the physical plant layout. Role training is the intentional integration of the elements of inmate behavior management and the principles and strategies of direct supervision as a unified operational philosophy. The instructor-led, in-person training is an evolution of the Direct Supervision and Inmate Behavior Management training and assistance that NIC has previously offered.
