Description of the Program

The 32-36 hour training is designed to assist senior managers and administrators of women's facilities in the operational management and correctional policy and practices that are impacted by differences.

Participants participate in learning activities that clarify differences while avoiding an over-identification of issues that may be common to male and female populations.

About Travel-Related Expenses

If participant travel is required, authorized travel-related expenses will be reimbursed within 60 to 90 days of the conclusion of this event. Flights are paid for in advance by NIC. Reimbursable expenses include lodging, per diem (meals and incidentals), baggage, parking, and mileage. Additional details for reimbursable expenses will be provided when travel arrangements are made by NIC.
