Description of the Program

This two-day training program will assist an agency in cultivating the professional growth and improvement of senior and middle manager’s ability to be successful leaders, replacing the numerous retiring senior managers. It specifically focuses on the leadership and administrative attributes necessary for success in a senior-level position.

About Travel-Related Expenses

If participant travel is required, authorized travel-related expenses will be reimbursed within 60 to 90 days of the conclusion of this event. Flights are paid for in advance by NIC. Reimbursable expenses include lodging, per diem (meals and incidentals), baggage, parking, and mileage. Additional details for reimbursable expenses will be provided when travel arrangements are made by NIC.
