Description of the Program
Leadership Essentials for Sustainability assists an agency in cultivating the professional growth and improvement of senior and middle managers, supporting their ability to be successful leaders as an organization's senior managers retire. This two-day, 16-hour, instructor-led, in-person training focuses on the leadership and administrative attributes necessary for senior and middle-manager success.
Target Audience:
This training is designed for senior-level leaders.
