Description of the Program

The general purpose of assessment and classification tools is to assist case managers in decision-making that will enhance public safety, improve the use of resources by matching people with services and programs more efficiently, and reduce case planning bias in working with people involved with the criminal justice system.

About Travel-Related Expenses

If participant travel is required, authorized travel-related expenses will be reimbursed within 60 to 90 days of the conclusion of this event. Flights are paid for in advance by NIC. Reimbursable expenses include lodging, per diem (meals and incidentals), baggage, parking, and mileage. Additional details for reimbursable expenses will be provided when travel arrangements are made by NIC.
