Facilitated Dialogue: Victim Offender Dialogue for Facilitators is a hybrid training designed to teach facilitators how to assist survivors interested in having a victim-centered, victim-driven dialogue with the incarcerated person(s) who caused them harm.

Target Audience

Participants must be nominated by their agency's leadership (e.g., Assistant Director of Victim Services) and invited to participate.

The training includes a combination of six half-days of synchronous virtual instructor-led training/online sessions, inter-session asynchronous assignments, and 32 hours (six half-day, 4-hour virtual sessions and four 8-hour sessions) of in-person training.
