The Parole Board Training is grounded in confidentiality, neutrality, and collaboration, with the goal of helping agencies learn from critical events and emerge more resilient, accountable, and prepared for future challenges. The training is designed to provide new parole board members with evidence-based/informed decision-making strategies that will help them recognize principles and objective guidelines that promote public safety and the successful reintegration of incarcerated adults back into society.
Participants must be parole board executives or members of a parole board.
