Correctional Industries Leadership is a 36-hour hybrid training that supports succession planning among leaders within the industry. Participants develop the knowledge and skills needed to manage industry programming. Correctional industries offer inmates opportunities for vocational training, which can significantly affect their post-incarceration reintegration. This hybrid curriculum focuses on equipping staff with leadership skills to manage these programs. By fostering rehabilitation and work readiness, correctional industries programs play a critical role in reducing recidivism and improving public safety.
