The Learning Professional program focuses on preparing participants to facilitate learning engagements in classroom and virtual learning environments. The program is a 48-hour course that can be offered as in-person, hybrid, or virtual formats on the need of the participants. The all-virtual option consists of eight 5-hour virtual sessions and eight hours of pre- and intersession assignments. The in-person option consists of five 8-hour sessions with approximately four hours of pre-work assigned. The hybrid delivery consists of a minimum of seven hours pre- and intersession work, three 2-hour virtual sessions followed by 16 hours of classroom-based learning and facilitation practice.

Target Audience

The training is designed for individuals who provide training and facilitation for an agency or facility (e.g., Team Leader, Performance Coach, Subject Matter Expert, Adjunct Trainer, Manager) or those who wish to serve in that role in the future.
