The Learning Professional - Train the Trainer focuses on preparing experienced learning facilitators to work with aspiring trainers in development of both virtual and classroom-based facilitation skills. The 48-hour course can be offered as either in-person, virtual, or hybrid formats depending on learner specific needs. Participants engage in actively facilitating course content, providing and receiving feedback, and developing an individualized plan for their own continued growth.

Target Audience

The training is designed for individuals who have experience providing training and facilitation for an agency, and who have an interest in developing new instructors within their agency. Seating is limited and the NIC reserves the right to limit the number of seats per agency.
