National Sheriffs' Institute - Jail Administration enhances the knowledge of sheriffs regarding their responsibilities in leading and supporting the operations and personnel of a correctional facility. Through 36 hours of instructor-led, in-person training, sheriffs enhance their knowledge of jail operations and broaden their awareness of the effects that a well-led jail has on public safety and internal and external stakeholders.

Participants must be sheriffs or an NIC-approved designee.
