Strategic Development of Women Leaders is a 32-hour, evidence-based training that supports women in executive correctional roles. The program uses 360-degree assessments and coaching to promote self-awareness, leadership authenticity, and continued advancement. To date, this training has consistently received strong demand and positive outcomes.

Target Audience

This training is designed for correctional executives functioning at the level of warden or above.
