Targeted to mid-level managers in all adult and juvenile corrections settings, Leadership Development for Mid-Level Managers begins with the training process with an overview of virtual training series, including the expectations of participants and their supervisors, and the content and development activities that will take place occur during the five sessions. Prior to the second virtual session, participants begin the 360' assessment process using the DISC 363 for Leaders'. Subsequent sessions will connect individual participant 360 results with NIC's Middle Manager competencies for further development. During the culminating session, participants present their Leadership Development Plans and their plans for sustaining their continued growth as leaders in their organization.
