The Leadership Development of Supervisors - Train the Trainer program was developed in response to an observed need to provide more formalized training to develop, support, enhance, and expand the role of the frontline supervisor. This training provides experienced leaders with the experience they need to present the Leadership Development for Supervisors content to new leaders in their agency.
