The Learning Administrator program uses a hybrid approach to deliver a series of learning activities, including Virtual Instructor Led Trainings (VILTs) and self-paced independent learning activities. In this course, learners will look at the fundamental concepts that they will need to apply to work as change agents within their agencies. Participants will engage in learning activities including Leadership in Learning and Performance, Managing the Learning and Performance Unit, Legal Issues, Developing the Learning Team, and Development of a Strategic Plan.

Target Audience

The Learning Administrator course was created for individuals who manage training for an agency, or anyone who is responsible for employee performance regardless of title or function (e.g., human resources personnel, manager, training director, or administrator).
