The Learning Designer program is a 24-hour virtual training program that targets the importance of building and utilizing effective training design techniques. In alignment with needs of the field and to improve local public safety systems, this program enhances learning design skills, improving outcomes across disciplines and topics. Since 2020, there has been an increased need for skill in developing learning events that work not only in the classroom but also events that function in the virtual settings.

Target Audience

The training is designed for trainers who provide lesson and/or curriculum design for an agency or facility, or those who wish to serve in that role in the future.
