Communicating for Impact

This National Institute of Corrections Communicating for Impact course is an intensive three-day training program designed to enhance a correctional leader's ability to inspire, motivate, inform, build trust, and effectively lead change in a manner that promotes their organization's vision and values. Through engaging discussions and practical exercises, attendees will delve into critical aspects of both internal and external communications, strategies for effectively communicating change efforts, impactful written communications, and navigating the complexities of media coverage.
