Separate Logins Notice

The NIC Learn Center, will require you to setup and use a separate login in the link above.

Separately from the Learn Center, the NIC websites use single sign-on and share one login credential that is managed through this login page.
The websites that use single sign-on include: NICIC.gov, community.NICIC.gov, info.nicic.gov, t4c.nicic.gov, EBSCOhost, and nic.overdrive.com

All accounts are manually reviewed by an administrator before being activated. Please use your workplace or school email to create an account on the NIC website. Personal emails are discouraged. If you have a workplace email that uses a blocked email provider, please contact the NIC helpdesk and request an account.
