This guidebook is intended to be used as a compliment to the NIC Microskills for Community Supervision Professionals website. Community supervision officers, supervisors, and trainers within organizations can use the guidebook to contextualize the videos, apply the concepts to skill use, and facilitate discussion during staff meetings and/or training environments for new or existing staff.
