If you are experiencing a problem accessing the NIC Learn Center, please start by using the Forgot Password feature before contacting the help desk.

NIC Technical Assistance and the NIC Helpdesk are unable to assist with Learn Center issues.

  • Rules and Expectations of the Learn Center

    1. DO NOT register duplicate or multiple accounts

      Only one account will be created per email address. Work emails are preferred over personal emails.

    2. If you had an account before 2024, you must register as a NEW USER.
    3. The Forgot Password feature is automatic and is the easiest way to get access to your account.
    4. It may take up to 3 business days for your account to be approved. All new accounts are reviewed manually, this takes time.
    5. You will be notified via email once your account is approved
  • I created an account, but can't get in after registering.

    • You should have received two emails after creating an account (within 3 business days of submitting your information). 

      • One email is from det-niclearningcentersupport-s@bop.ns2cloud.com and is a plain-text email stating that your account was approved. 

      • There should also be a second email from noreply-scp-cre@sapns2.us and the subject line: "Activate Your Account for The Nic Learn Center" You needed to have clicked on the Activate link within 24 hours of receiving the email, if you did not do this, then your only course of action is to email NICLMS@EffectivePeople.us and ask them to review the account. Please allow 5 business days between emails for them to respond.

    • If you have NOT received these within 3 business days of submitting your information, then the next step is to email NICLMS@EffectivePeople.us and ask them to review the account. Please allow 5 business days between emails for them to respond.

  • The Learn Center says my email is not unique

    While trying to create an account, if you see an error message that your email must be unique, this means that your email was already used to create an account.

    Your next step is to use the Forgot Password? feature and reset the password for the account. This is an automatic process and you do not need to wait for a human to respond.
