Description of the Program

The National Institute of Corrections “Leadership Evolution: From Manager to Leader” turns managers into difference makers. This comprehensive, blended training is designed to strengthen the leadership capacity of mid- and senior-level correctional managers. It is designed to be delivered over approximately 6-9 months. This program equips leaders with the skills, strategies, and confidence to drive organizational success while upholding the highest standards of safety, ethics, and professionalism. It simultaneously engages all levels of agency leadership through action-based learning strategies at the individual, team, and agency levels.

Delivered in three competency-based phases, the program blends in-person with virtual engagement for maximum results.
